Memorial Weekend Mini-Session Marathon

Hey there ladies and gents!! The weather is warming up…kinda and it’s getting to be that time of of year to update your kiddos’ photos. In honor of that, I plan on holding a mini-session marathon. This is what it will consist of:

30 minute session at Grotto Park, Grand Rapids held May 28th
30 top images in an online gallery
5 5×7′s
children must be under the age of 12 $60

Weddings: Ashley and Jeff 11-6-10

My last wedding of the year began in Marquette, MI. My first time as a visitor in Marquette, MI found myself enjoying the beautiful drive and city off of Lake Superior. Ashley and Jeff’s day began at First United Methodist Church, where, at arrival, Ashley was just getting in her gorgeous dress. Jeff on the other hand was dressed and ready to get the show on the road. Him and his groomsmen were finding plenty of ways to entertain themselves as they waited for the ceremony to begin.

Shortly after the ceremony Ashley and Jeff had limo service that drove them around through Marquette. We went to one of the beautiful docks in town and then to the oh so scenic Presque Isle Park. We got to hang out on cliffs overlooking Lake Superior and being entertained by the bridal, particularly the groomsmen. :) The night ended at Upfront & Co. located in downtown Marquette where the party kept going.

Ashley and Jeff, your family is beautiful and your wedding day was fun and gorgeous. I am so honored to have been a part of it. Congratulations to you and your family!!! xoxo

Families: McArthur Family

This may very well be the closest thing I will ever shoot for a GAP ad. Isn’t this family cute?! I honestly can’t get over it. For it being such a chilly day, the McArthur family was so great handling the cold weather. Even Brynn and Bode bared with it and made the best of a cool November afternoon. Brynn is such a great sister to Bode making sure he was smiling and snuggling with him for good pictures. What was more sweet was when I asked Brynn or Mom to move their hair away from their face, Bode would touch his head assuming I meant for him to fix his hair. Really this family was so easy going and entertaining along the way.
